Hi, I’ve spent a lot of time reading, thinking and writing about weight loss as my weight has gone up and down through the years. I’ve spent even more time cooking for family and friends and think I may finally be achieving some consistent success at changing my eating and exercise habits. I’d like to share some of my best tips for both healthy eating and getting rid of weight. I’m about halfway to getting back to my “wedding weight” of 23 years ago, and I could use some company along the way.

JoAnn Grose has got rid of more than 40 pounds in a couple years of tracking food intake on the Weight Watchers app and going to the YMCA like a crazy person, all in her 70s.
