Can we eat well and maintain a healthy weight? Can we grow and cook enough of our own produce to be “loca-vores” or, at least, “flexi-vores”? I think so. Can a woman in her mid-60s lose weight and keep it off? I think that’s do-able, too. Heck, I’m doing it!
